1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the iBazar Pro driver platform (“Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Driver Eligibility

To use iBazar Pro, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain required vehicle insurance.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Pass any required verification or background screening.

3. Independent Contractor Status

Drivers using iBazar Pro operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Drivers are solely responsible for taxes, expenses, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with local regulations.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful delivery activities.
• Maintain professional conduct while representing iBazar Pro.
• Keep account credentials secure.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to manipulate the dispatch system.

5. Dispatch & Availability

The Platform provides access to dispatch zones and delivery opportunities. Availability of orders is not guaranteed. Drivers control their online/offline status and accept delivery requests at their discretion.

6. Payments

Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries in accordance with the current payment structure displayed within the app. Payment schedules and methods may be updated at iBazar Pro’s discretion.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

iBazar Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, unsafe behavior, failure to meet platform standards, or any conduct that harms customers or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

iBazar Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Drivers assume full responsibility for their activities, vehicle operation, and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
